Transparent Model: The service fee covers coordination and labor. Any materials (e.g., radios, stanchions, signage prints, clipboards, batteries) are client-funded at actual supplier cost. If you ask us to source them, we apply a 10% procurement fee to materials (covers sourcing, QC, logistics, handling).
