  1. Run-of-Show & Call Sheets: final timeline, cue points, vendor call times, load-in/out windows
  2. Vendor & Venue Liaison: check-ins, briefings, compliance, backstage and FOH communication
  3. Program & Guest Flow: registration, program cueing, transitions, contingency handling
  4. Crew Management: setup/teardown oversight, safety checks, housekeeping coordination
  5. Handover Notes: post-event summary of wins, issues, and recommendations


Transparent Model: The service fee covers coordination and labor. Any materials (e.g., radios, stanchions, signage prints, clipboards, batteries) are client-funded at actual supplier cost. If you ask us to source them, we apply a 10% procurement fee to materials (covers sourcing, QC, logistics, handling).

How It Works

  1. Pre-Brief (30–45 min) – Share program, suppliers, floor plan, and risk items.
  2. Run-Sheet Finalization – We craft the run-of-show, cue points, and vendor call sheets.
  3. Approvals & Materials – You may self-provide radios/signage etc., or authorize procurement (cost +10%).
  4. Event Execution – Lead coordinator and crew manage timeline, cue speakers, oversee vendors, and resolve issues.
  5. Teardown & Handover – We supervise strike, confirm returns, and send a concise post-event report.

Pricing & Packages

  • Service Fee (PHP): Lead Coordinator from ₱18,000/day (6–8 hours); +₱8,000 per additional coordinator/crew (scope-dependent).
  • Service Fee (USD estimate): Lead Coordinator from ~US$350/day; +~US$130 per additional coordinator/crew.
  • Overtime: billed hourly per staff after included hours.
  • Materials/Rentals: client-funded at supplier cost; +10% procurement only if we purchase/arrange.
  • Deposit: 50% of coordination fee to reserve; balance due post-event (same day).

  • Lead Time: Book at least 10–21 business days before event; rush <5 days subject to availability and supplier timelines.
  • Primary Areas: Metro Manila • Calabarzon • Nearby provinces (by arrangement)
  • Southeast Asia (by arrangement): Singapore • Malaysia • Thailand • Indonesia • Vietnam • Brunei • Cambodia • Laos • Myanmar • Timor-Leste
  • Travel provision: client covers round-trip transport, lodging, crew per diems, freight/local rentals, and any visas/permits.

What We Need From You

Event date/time, venue access schedule, final program draft, vendor list and contacts, floor plan, expected guest count, special protocols (e.g., security/permits), and any materials you’ll self-provide.
